The TEXpress Lanes system is a network of government-operated and privately-operated highway corridors. This privacy policy applies only to the activities of LBJ Infrastructure Group LLC, d.b.a. LBJ Express/LBJ TEXpress Lanes and NTE Mobility Partners/NTE Mobility Partners Segments 3, d.b.a. North Tarrant Express/NTE TEXpress Lanes (collectively referred to in this policy as “TEXpress Lanes”). We recommend that you review the privacy policies of the other parties involved in the TEXpress Lanes system before sharing your personal information with those parties through your use of the system or the website (the “Website”).
