The LBJ/NTE/NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes are excited to continue our partnership with the North Texas Food Bank and Tarrant Area Food Bank to help DRIVE away hunger this holiday season. This Saturday, November 23rd, a portion of tolls up to $20,000 will be donated to help end hunger in North Texas.

  • The LBJ, NTE & NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes are partnering with the North Texas Food Bank and Tarrant Area Food Bank to help DRIVE away hunger this holiday season. A portion of tolls up to $20,000 will be donated to help provide meals to hungry North Texans in need.

  • A portion of tolls on this day up to $20,000 will be automatically donated to the food banks!

What is the LBJ/NTE/NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes Food 'DRIVE'?

The 9th annual TEXpress Food ‘DRIVE’ is in partnership with both regional food banks (NTFB & TAFB) and a portion of tolls will provide meals to those in need.

The LBJ/NTE/NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes have joined together with both the NTFB & TAFB to host the TEXpress Lanes Food ‘DRIVE’ for the ninth holiday season dating back to 2014.

Since 2014, our corporate objectives & partnerships with NTFB & TAFB have helped provide over 1 Million meals across the greater north central Texas region.

When is the TEXpress Lanes Food 'DRIVE'?

On Saturday, November 23rd from 12am to 11:59pm CT.

North Texans can participate & drive the LBJ, NTE or NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes on Saturday, November 23rd. A portion of toll transactions on this date up to $20,000 will be donated to help provide meals to hungry North Texans.

How do I get involved?

  • It’s simple! Just drive on the LBJ, NTE or NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes on Saturday, November 23, 2024.
  • A portion of tolls on this date up to $20,000 will be donated to the NTFB and TAFB (up to $10,000 to each food bank).

Your participation and commitment to help us end hunger across North Texas will help provide over 80,000 meals to those in need this holiday season.

On I-635, from Luna Rd to Greenville Ave, and the I-35E flyover ramps, from I-635 south to the Loop 12/Northwest Hwy split and north to just before Valley View Ln. See map here

The TEXpress Food ‘DRIVE’ campaign is NOT valid on the following TEXpress Lanes or HOV/Express Lanes, which are managed by the Texas Department of Transportation:

  • Loop 12 TEXpress Lanes, I-35E TEXpress Lanes, LBJ East HOV/Express Lanes (from US 75 to I-30), I-30 TEXpress Lanes, SH-114 TEXpress Lanes, SH 183 TEXpress Lanes

The TEXpress Food ‘DRIVE’ campaign is NOT valid on the following toll roads, which are managed by the North Texas Tollway Authority:

  • Dallas North Tollway, President George Bush Turnpike, Chisholm Trail Parkway, Addison Airport Toll Tunnel, Mountain Creek Lake Bridge, Sam Rayburn Tollway, Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge and 360 Tollway
