The I-30 TEXpress Lanes are operated and managed by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

The I-30 TEXpress Lanes are 12 miles and run from west of SH 161 to east of Sylvan Avenue in Dallas County. The 12-mile segment features reversible lanes, improved TEXpress Lane access including direct-connect ramps and upgraded connections to and from the mainlanes as well as five entrance ramps and five exit ramps.
Headed eastbound, the entrance ramps are west of SH 161 and west of MacArthur Blvd. The exit ramps are west of Loop 12, west of Westmoreland Rd and east of Sylvan Ave.
Headed westbound, the entrance ramps are east of Sylvan Ave, west of Westmoreland Road and west of Loop 12. The exit ramps are west of MacArthur Boulevard and west of SH 161.
Carpool and vanpool drivers, as well as motorcyclists, qualify for an HOV discount on the I-30 TEXpress Lanes. Pricing signs before each I-30 TEXpress Lanes entrance display the toll price for the active HOV period. During non-HOV periods on the I-30 TEXpress Lanes, the pricing signs display the full toll price for all vehicles.
50% HOV discounts for the I-30 TEXpress Lanes are available:
- Monday through Friday during rush hours:
- A.M. Period: 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- P.M. Period: 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
